腦袋開外掛

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Mind Overclock, displayed as "腦袋開外掛" in Traditional Chinese.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Core data stays on your device

Your daily records, reminders, receipts, pantry items, photos, videos, voice memos, saved links, pet settings, and memories are stored on your device by default. The developer does not operate an account system, advertising platform, or analytics service, and does not track you for advertising.

You choose where to save and whom to share with when you export a backup. Mind Overclock does not automatically receive that backup file.

Device permissions

The app requests a permission only when a related feature needs it. Photos and camera access create records and cards; microphone and speech recognition support voice input; reminders and calendars support importing and scheduling; notifications deliver local reminders you enable.

HealthKit reads sleep analysis only after your explicit permission and uses it to estimate daily energy. The app does not write to HealthKit and does not use or disclose HealthKit data for advertising or marketing.

Location supports place context and local weather. When you use live weather, coordinates are sent to Apple Weather or, when Apple Weather is unavailable, to Open-Meteo. The developer does not store your location history on its own servers.

On-device AI

You may optionally download the Qwen3-VL local model, which stays on your device and runs writing and image understanding through llama.cpp. When the downloaded model is disabled, supported Apple devices can use Apple Foundation Models. These generation paths do not send your prompts to the developer or a third-party generative AI server. Built-in rules and default writing remain available when a model cannot run.

External services you choose to use

Google Calendar: Only when you choose to connect it, Mind Overclock uses Google OAuth to request read-only calendar access and reads upcoming events to improve reminder timing. Sign-in happens on Google's page, so Mind Overclock never receives your Google password. The refresh token is stored in the iOS Keychain, and you can disconnect in the app or revoke access in your Google Account. Mind Overclock's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Link previews: When you save a URL, the app may contact that URL, a redirect service, or the source platform's oEmbed service to retrieve a title and preview. Those providers receive ordinary network request information under their own policies.

Apple services: StoreKit processes purchases and restores, while Apple Weather provides weather information. Apple handles those requests under its policies. Mind Overclock does not receive your full payment information. Apple Weather's data sources and legal attribution are available here.

Your choices and controls

You can revoke device permissions in iOS Settings, disconnect Google Calendar in the app, or delete individual app records. Removing the app deletes its local data, but does not automatically delete backup files you previously exported.
